Esq. Sary Magdalena Brea Falcón

Sary Magdalena Brea Falcón, Ms. Falcón graduated from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, San Juan Metropolitan Campus, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Criminal Investigation, graduating summa cum laude in 2008. While enrolled in the program, she was a member of the Honor Society, receiving a scholarship from the Honors Program from 2005 to 2008. She was a member of the Criminal Justice Student Society, serving on its board of directors in 2007. She was elected Secretary of the Student Council during the 2006-2007 school year and was also a member of the University Choir under the direction of Dr. Luis A. Olivieri, with whom she represented the institution in 2006 at a choral gathering in Panama and Costa Rica. Brea Falcón began her law studies at the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor degree in 2013, graduating magna cum laude. While pursuing her studies, she received the Honors Program distinction and was awarded a scholarship in 2010. She was a member of the Association for the Prevention of Animal Abuse (APMA), the Francisco Parra Toro Chapter of the Puerto Rico Notaries Association, and the Federal Bar Association PUCPR Chapter. She was a contributing editor of the Puerto Rican Law Review, where she published the article "The Social Problem of Divorce in Puerto Rico" Vol. 52.1 Rev. Der. Pur. p. 120. Ms. Brea Falcón was admitted to the practice of law in Puerto Rico by the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico on February 5, 2014. Additionally, she was admitted to the practice of notary public by the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico on March 6, 2014. Since her inception, Ms. Brea Falcón has been committed to justice and helping those in need. Since 2014, she has been a member of the Puerto Rico Bar Association, where she provides free legal assistance to the public through the Pro-Bono Program. Since 2018, she has held several management positions in the Humacao Branch of the Puerto Rico Bar Association, serving not only the public but also the legal community in the eastern part of the country. As part of her commitment to providing excellent legal services, in 2020, Ms. Brea Falcón obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in New York State, United States of America, with a concentration in Health Law. As a mother, wife, daughter, and sister, Ms. Brea Falcón possesses the sensitivity necessary to work with diverse groups of people in an empathetic and responsible manner, which has distinguished her practice in private law since 2014.
